Our services

Norway Convention Bureau (NCB), has a two-fold objective to market Norway as an international convention destination, and to assist organizers in their planning of their future events. Our services are free of charge. We are a member-based organisation with 20 partners and an umbrella organisation for the Norwegian convention industry. We are financed by our operations out of member fees and funds from Innovation Norway and Avinor. We are affiliated with International Congress and Convention Association and Union of International Associations.



We can help you with free advice if you are:

• A member of an international organisation, association or society
• Engaged in company policy, sports or cultural work or
• An organiser of meetings events or conferences

Norway Convention Bureau BA and our partners offer a number of free advices if you want to hold your association's next congress in Norway.

As a representative for the international MICE industry in Norway you may rest assured that all your requests will be dealt with in a professional and courteous manner, right down to the smallest detail. Our partners have long experience in planning and organising conferences, and can guarantee you a successful meeting. Norway has a wide selection of accommodation, as well as excellent conference facilities.

We provide the following services free of charge to help make your event a success:

• we give you an overview of the conditions for hosting and deadlines
• help you to find the most suitable conference venues and hotel accommodation
• facilitate contact with local organisers
• make preliminary reservations of conference facilities and accommodation
• organize a site-inspection visit for the association's decision makers
• create the official invitation material/bid documents
• provide promotional material
